Exxelia provides a range of inductors and chokes for power electronics, energy conversion and EMI filtering applications. The portfolio includes AC and DC inductors, PFC inductors, high current inductors up to 300A, common mode chokes, and air core inductors.
These components are designed for high efficiency power conversion, including PWM and IGBT-based systems, with optimized magnetic and thermal performance. They are suitable for industrial power supplies, electric vehicles, amplifiers, and power conversion systems.
Design options include EE, UU, UI and custom stacked ferrite geometries, enabling adaptation to high power density requirements. High current designs use Litz wire (round and rectangular) to reduce losses at elevated current levels.
