Exxelia designs and manufactures high frequency transformers for high-power and high-voltage applications. Engineered for demanding power conversion systems, our solutions combine high efficiency, compact design and reliable electrical insulation.
Our capabilities include high frequency high voltage transformers, high power transformers, resin-cast transformers and transformers for arc ignition applications. Designs can support power ratings above 500 kW, output voltages up to 50 kV, and operating frequencies up to 100 kHz and beyond.
Leveraging advanced ferrite core technologies, custom magnetic geometries (EE, UU, UI and special core configurations) and high-current Litz wire windings up to 300 A, Exxelia develops transformer solutions tailored to the most demanding electrical and thermal requirements, including high-temperature environments up to 300°C.
Typical applications include PWM and IGBT converters, high-voltage power supplies, power amplifiers, electric vehicle power electronics and other advanced energy conversion systems.
