Flowable Materials

Any liquid material is a candidate for MicroPenning. Generally, applications call for flowable materials that range in viscosity from 5 to 500,000 centipoise (cP).

Flowable materials used in MicroPenning include:

  • Polymer Thick Film Materials (cure at 25°C and higher)
    • Resistive Inks
    • Conductive Inks
    • Dielectric Inks
  • Cermet Thick Film Materials (cure at 500°C and higher)
    • Resistive Inks

  • Organic Metallic Materials (cure at 850°C and higher)
